Delivery information
At Rainy Clouds OG, we strive to deliver your purchases in excellent condition as seamlessly and quickly as possible. The normal delivery time is between 15-20 days, faster delivery is available for some products for Saudi Arabia residents provided that the orders are placed before 4 pm on a business day. Orders will be processed the next business day if placed after 4 pm. We deliver to GCC countries within 15-20 days of order confirmation and to the rest of the world within 5-7 days. DHL is our shipping partner for international destinations.
We request that you provide accurate addresses and appropriate landmarks for successful delivery to your location. You’re also requested to collect your order and sign for it (or have someone do it for you) after its reception on the designated delivery day.
Deliveries in Saudi Arabia
Some brands and products are available for delivery within 3-4 in Saudi Arabia for orders placed before 4 pm (except Fridays and Saturdays). Orders placed after 4 pm on business days will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Fridays and Saturdays will be processed the next business day. The shipping cost is included in the price displayed.
Kindly note that as some items are sourced from our global network of boutiques, delivery times may take 15-20 days. If you would like to confirm whether the item(s) you are interested in are available for faster delivery before you place your order, you may contact our concierge service at +966 58 207 2239.
For hassle-free delivery, please be present to collect your order on the designated day of delivery. If you fail to receive your order after two delivery attempts, we will cancel the order, deduct appropriate shipping charges and refund the rest to the original source of payment.
International deliveries
We deliver worldwide in partnership with DHL. We cannot ship to p.o. boxes. Shipping charges will be added to your bag during checkout. We don’t charge any taxes or duties but you might have to pay them during delivery to the DHL person if customs have been charged in your country.
Please coordinate with DHL for successful delivery; if you fail to collect your order during delivery, we shall cancel the order and refund the order value after deducting appropriate shipping and duties charges (where applicable).
Order tracking
For international orders, you can track your shipment online using your order tracking number (which can be provided by request to support@rainycloudsog.com using the email registered in the order) on www.dhl.com. You can also track its progress under ‘my orders’ in your Rainy Clouds account.
Are the items available on the site genuine?
Our products are carefully hand-picked from the best luxury retailers across the globe and our partners guarantee the authenticity of all products. For additional assurance, the quality assurance team at Rainy Clouds OG checks each item before it’s delivered to your doorsteps.
Cancellations & modifications
In case you choose to cancel your order before dispatch, we will refund the entire amount to the original source of payment. You can cancel a part of your order (the amount will be refunded) or modify your order for size or shipping details before it is dispatched. Post-dispatch, you will not be able to cancel or modify your order. However, if you wish to return an order after receiving it, you can place a return request. Please note that returns are refunded excluding shipping and duties charges (where applicable).
Insurance
Rainy Clouds takes the responsibility for your order up to the time it has been delivered to the mentioned address. After the order is delivered, the responsibility passes on to you or to the recipient to whom the package has been delivered (in case of gifting).
